At NEZ, creating a candle is a deliberate act of care and artistry. We select the finest vegetable wax for its clean, luminous burn, then pair it with vessels shaped individually to celebrate uniqueness and presence.
The wicks are chosen to bring subtle sound and rhythm to each moment, enhancing intimacy and focus. Fragrances, sourced exclusively from Grasse—the historic epicenter of perfumery—are composed to be layered, refined, and evocative, turning simple light into an immersive sensory journey.
Every step, from conception to the final glow, is guided by thoughtfulness and intention, ensuring that each candle embodies elegance, calm, and meaning.

PRODUCT & CRAFTSMANSHIP
Our wax is 100% vegetable-based and cruelty-free. We do not use paraffin or animal-derived products in our formulations.
very NEZ vessel is hand-blown and cold-cut by artisans. This traditional process naturally creates slight variations in the glass thickness, bubbles, or "water" marks. These are not defects; they are the signature of a handmade object, making your piece truly one of a kind.
The entire process takes place in the south of France. The glass is blown and the wax is hand-poured in our ateliers in the Côte d'Azur.
We use a single, sustainably sourced wooden wick. We chose wood for two reasons: it provides a wider heat radius to melt our crystalline wax evenly, and it creates a soft, crackling sound reminiscent of a fireplace.
CANDLE CARE & RITUALS
The first burn is the most important. Allow the candle to burn until the wax pool reaches the very edge of the glass (usually 2–3 hours). This establishes a "memory ring," ensuring the candle burns down evenly for its entire lifespan.
Before every relight, gently snap off the burnt, black wood at the top of the wick using your fingers or a wick trimmer. The wick should be approximately 3-5mm long. A shorter wick ensures a cleaner flame and prevents smoking.
This is because The Alchemy of Crystallization. Unlike traditional waxes, our vegetal crystalline wax is a living material. Poured at extreme temperatures into pre-heated mouth-blown glass, it undergoes a slow, controlled cooling process known as crystallisation. As the temperature drops, the molecules align perfectly to form a diamond-like lattice structure. This isn't just a pour; it’s a geological event in miniature, creating a unique, shimmering texture that allows the light to dance even when the flame is extinguished.
ORDERS & GIFTING
Absolutely. We designed our hand-blown glass to be kept as an objet d'art long after the scent fades. Once the wax is finished, wash the vessel with warm soapy water. It becomes a perfect tumbler for water, a brush holder for The Vanity, or a decorative piece for your shelves.
Every order is treated as a gift. Your candles arrive in our signature boxes, secured in a shipping box designed to protect the product. We do not include pricing on the packing slip.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently ship exclusively within Spain. We are working on expanding our delivery network to bring NEZ to the rest of Europe and internationally in the near future.
All orders are prepared in our atelier with the utmost care. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once dispatched, standard delivery within Spain typically takes 2-4 business days. You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.
Yes, we offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over 70€.
Our crystalline wax is a natural product and can be sensitive to extreme heat. During summer months or heatwaves, we may temporarily delay shipment to ensure your candle arrives in perfect condition. We will always notify you if this occurs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your NEZ experience. However, due to the artisanal and consumable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on items that are completely unused, unlit, and in their original packaging. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return via email at info@followyournez.com.
No. Once a candle has been lit, the wick trimmed, or the wax shows any sign of melting, we cannot accept it for a return or exchange. We recommend reading our olfactory descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Please email us at info@followyournez.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, pack the item securely in its original box (glass is fragile, so please cushion it well). Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Our hand-blown glass is robust, but transit can be unpredictable. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the item and the shipping box. We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
